I am not very familiar with the controversy surrounding it. I know that people are concerned that it will mean that the government will be able to watch anyone at any time and that it could be the end of privacy. What, if there are any, are the other concerns raised by the HLSA? I am looking into doing a speech on it and I thought that TW would be a knowledgeable resource.
