[Herman Miller Embody] So I bought a new chair

K so,

I figure I spend wayy too much time sitting down in my office, might as well have a good desk chair.

Spending $1400 on a chair was kinda crazy, but after I went and sat down on one at a showroom in manhattan for about an hour I figured it was worth it.

Bought it in black / black. Should be in my office by the end of the week. :D
 
I'm sure you'll love it. Our entire office has Herman Miller Aeorns. Most comfortable office chair I've ever sat in. You can adjust it in any imaginable way...

pretty much.. i fucked around with the settings, compared it to similar chairs..

it was by the sales guys desk so I was sitting down as he was explaining stuff to me too :shrug:
 
Wasn't there a TED video on this stupid chair? If I had $1500 to blow it wouldn't be on a chair that's for damn sure.
 
ted's had alot of lectures on product design

product design is interesting, the thought that goes into, regardess if its one big sales pitch
