Help me identify a song by a description of its music video

In said video there is but one singer, male, with some facial hair, energetic, appears to be early thirties. The scenes in the video are parodies of world events acted out by young children. For instance, in one case a child sprays another with silly string (parodying recent tasing incidents). In other scene, this infamous picture

is acted out by a child with a hooded sweatshirt and jump rope. I believe there are also numerous scenes involving ball pits like this
