Help me get litestep to work (for a newbie)

I want to know how to get litestep to work....I'm confused about it...I also know next to nothing about this area of comptuters. In great detail, help me out plz! (faggots not allowed )

This is the normal Litestep, not Indiestep. Get themes at different sites like deviantart and look for OTS in the description, it will probably work if it says that. IF it says indiestep in the description dont get it.

The installer is pretty straight forward and just anwsers the questions and fill in where each program is located.
