Three months ago I quit soda, I was drinking a liter and a half of coke a day. I've lost 20 (was 150) lbs (now 130), just cutting out soda and skipping some fattier foods. But I still haven't found a good replacement drink, so right now I just drink alot of water, and when I can afford it Gatorade. I don't think i want anything with more than 15g sugar ( alot of fruit drinks ect have 25g+ sugar), and its gotta as cheap as soda ( Gatorade is like 3.50$ for 2 liters ) any ideas?
