news-server.yourregion.rr.com or
nntp.yourregion.rr.com

might be any of those.

for example, mine's news-server.nyc.rr.com

or just go to www.rr.com and check yourself.
 
it should be the same everywhere as it auto-forwards to your nearest IP blocked servers

news-server
etc
