you came to the right place my dude. here are some games I like to play that i would highly recommend not including starsiege tribes. that is no game, that is a way of life.

- postal 2 (excellent oldschool slaughter shooter)
POSTAL 2 on Steam

- sim city 3000 (have an original disc but i'm sure a torrent exists it runs on win 8 as well)

- unreal tournament 2004 (gog this ones real easy to find a torrent of)
Unreal Tournament 2004 Editors Choice Edition on GOG.com
- brutal doom hell on earth (its a freeware doom variant using openGL and has full mouse support for aiming)
Brutal Doom: Hell on Earth Starter Pack (Complete) file - Mod DB

- path of exile (feels like diablo 2 with better grahpics) its a pretty fun game but can get boring after a while.

- brainbread 2 this is probably my favorite zombie shooter

shardlight GoG pack. There is a torrent available right now. Its a point and click adventure in a post apocalyptic themed environment.

I'll seed if need be.

u just reminded me - the Deponia games are supposed to be really good if u like adventure games.

Looks to be a nice cross between Monkey Island and Discworld art.

Beneath a Steel Sky on GOG.com

I was gonna say FTL but someone said it already

All those cheap indie games for 1$ you bought during steam sales

is this a somewhat recent celeron? the on die gpus are many times more powerful than the integrated graphics chips of yesteryear.

just try running any games you have in your library that are 5+ years old or any turn based games that you have.

mass effects?
morrowind, skyrim, fallout new vegas?
xcom, x-com, xenonauts?
civilization, alpha centauri, homm 3/5?
etc.
