You have to remove the little cover on the PS2 slot tray, then you put in boot cd and use the utility to pull out the tray, put in backup, push back in and there you go. The black Xbox has been soft-modded and has some stuff installed like a NES emu, MCE. I was never really handy with the modding, but it may need some tweaking to get it to do whatever you want to do.
I only have ONE set of power/av cables.
Obviously, nobody is going to want to buy the entire bundle so I'll pair stuff up accordingly. Expect $50 each for the xboxes, maybe $5 per controller. Just PM me for what you want and we'll make something work.
