lol people have forgotten fraps has been for free for a good time, its really not a big deal after all we are talking on a forum in witch 1.40 an illegal copy of a copy-written game is floating about while modifications and scripts are quite rampant.

There is a demo version that will record limited amounts of time with a watermark smack in the center. Just buy it, it's cheap and they are constantly updating it. FRAPS show fps, record video game movies, screen capture software I bought it 9 years ago...

edit: 37$ now. Latest version includes a 30 second recording buffer to capture last 30 seconds if you like...

Last time I used FRAPS there was a TICK box for sound. I'm sure that's not your problem since it's fairly obvious, but other than that, check the FRAPS website, or search google for FRAPS SOUND.
