File sync software recommendation? :sunny:

I need to keep two drives synced (ghetto raid, lol). I have done some looking, but I have not been impressed by what I have read.

Has anyone had positive experience with file sync software? What do/did you use?
 
I don't understand why people want to sync two drives with the same data. If you corrupt data, it's going to corrupt both drives. This only helps if one drive dies on the spot. How often does that happen? You still need to back up your data to tapes or to a big drive like a time machine. That's probably the answer, a big USB time machine.
