Best application I've seen to do this shit yet FAVC

Very simple menu generation, everything is very simple from Automatic to custom settings. It's almost meber proof.
 
not sure cause the way i did it was a complected thing where i would rip using DVD Decrypter then i used AviSynth to encode.
