[Excel help] My mouse wheel is scrolling sideways

For some reason in Excel, my mouse wheel just started scrolling horizontally instead of vertically. Is there some way to fix this without closing and reopening the program?


Before someone asks, it's a huge file that takes time to load, and I have about 40 other things open in a particular position so I can move quickly between them. And, of COURSE, this one is near the top of that list; I don't want to close and re-open them all in the same order again.

And note: It only happens in this one workbook, so I figured it was some "feature" I toggled.

Actually scrolling horizontally. I just figured out that if I hold down alt on my mouse when I scroll, it does it vertically. Still annoying though.
