egg nog... delicious!

what kind of alcohol do you put in your egg nog?

i loved egg nog growing up, but recently i've started throwing cognac and brandy in there and it's fucking delicious. anybody else try different alcohol variations in theirs?

it's kind of like man I feel like drinking something festive and different that tastes like a milkshake and gets me really drunk.

I prefer spiced rum in mine. It depends on the eggnog too, if you buy the cheap stuff, no amount of rum will help it, but if you get a decent eggnog to start with, the rum just makes it all that much more great.

Tried it the other night with coconut Malibu, that was pretty darned good. But I hear teh correct answer was originally bourbon.
