I also enjoyed the trailers for fable and force unleashed.

Yeah the whole 360 revamp has got me excited, I'm glad they decided to finally look at it with a critical eye and see that it pretty much sucked.

I've known about the copying-game-to-disc for a while, but the Netflix thing was a surprise. I also have information from a good source that they will be selling full 360 games over Live! in the next year or so.
