Since i had purchased my computer, my DVD rom is not working properly. It seems like it is going to read the disc but then nothing happens.
I can't seem to figure out what is wrong with it.
System specs include
Intel Pentium 4 3.2 ghz
1 gig of RAM
Unfortuanetly, i cant seem to figure out what brand makes my DVD drive. I used Device manager to look at it's properties and it just says "generic DVD-rom" drive
I'm sorry if i cant be more specific but i'm kinda a noob when it comes to this sort of thing
