Dropping change at a drive-through - do you bother to pick it up?

I will only bother if it's more than a dollar. The drive-through lady found this really weird that I didn't get out to pick up a dollar, does anyone else have any opinions on this?

i always pick it up and put it in my inside door handle, the ceiling's super secret pot stash zone, the huge storage bin under the stereo, or on the massive dash that gm so lovingly installed in my 1992 lumina

after all those zones get filled, the coinage is moved to my rainy day bottles in my house

last year i deposited about $210 in change
