Take a 2 liter bottle of diet cherry pepsi and put it in the freezer. The pressure that builds up in it will keep it from freezing. When ice starts to form on the inside at the pour line, take it out and pour it into a large glass. Ice crystals will form in it as you pour it into the glass, creating a 2 inch layer of fine ice on the top of the drink.
