.doc to .pdf?

Anyone know of any free .doc to .pdf converters that I can also restrict printing/copying/saving? I've found some, but none of done what I need. And I can't "buy" acrobat at the moment.

I don't have this option. I've got my printer, the fax printer (I use my comp as a fax machine), and Microsoft Office Document Image Writer.

I did google. I didn't like what I got on the first 3 pages. I tried many of them. So I came here for recommendations.
