Seeing we are talking about demo's, what file format are they saved in? Have not bothered to make one so I have no idea

Speaking of demos, does anyone else have a problem with their demo's running extremely jerky, or showing the perspective of an entirely different player after death? Mine all act extremely odd (granted, I only have 3, but thats 3 for 3 now).
