Eh I wish I was making it up dude, it's fucking painful..

I've had to call in like 3 times in the past 2 weeks because it gets so inflamed sometimes
 
its called being bowlegged and doing so many drugs u cant feel the stress on ur leg

Buy from Amazon using the TW Link. Medium size works good. If you damp the brace with the water, it will stay in place longer. Otherwise they slide down after a while. Amazon link here.
