Dawn of War, destroy own units?

Can you destroy your own units? Once you reach the cap, you can't produce any more. Unless you can get rid of existing squads, there is no way to change your unit types.

Yeah, short of doing that. I'm on sp mission 8. All my firepower is stuck on the wrong side of an impassable rift with no enemies.

If I recall correctly, delete gives you some resources back (I know it does for buildings, not so sure about units).
