Crockpot magic

So im totally winging a crockpot masterpiece right now. Probably going to cook all day, maybe even over night

So far i have:
4 chicken breasts
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 large white onion
1.5 cup of chopped spinach
chicken broth
baby carrots.

Im kind of clearing out things that need to be used up in the crisper.
THis will cook for at least 6 hours, maybe overnight
I think it needs rice. Should i add the rice now, or in 6 hours will that rice be mush

don't add rice, too many carbs. u gonna get the beetus.
 
I'll let it cook for a while and then pull the breasts out and shred them, put them back in. I added a can of cream of celery soup, should thicken up as this cooks down later
Seasonings are salt/pepper/garlic/adobo
 
Flavor and then depending on the dish.. like pot roast.. take the mushy veggies out.. blend them up with the juices, doctor it up a little and best gravy ever
 
I just took the chicken breasts out, they are so tender after cooking all day they fell apart pretty much. I shredded them and put them back in and took it down to just warm. I need something to thicken it up a little i think. I mean right now its like a chicken soup
