WTF, if you do not sign a ticket they can take you to jail? I have never heard of that one before...

Agreed, she was being a bitch and trying to get out of a speeding ticket and he told her numerous times she'd be taser'd if she kept it up. She was a bitch and figured since she's 72 police would never do such a thing.
 
There was no overkill, she was told several times she would be tasered if she didn't comply and she didn't. That's like saying coming out of your house carrying a gun after a disturbance and police order you to drop the firearm or they will use deadly force. They say it several times and you still don't drop the gun and then you are shocked to find they actually did shoot at you? How fucking stupid does someone have to be before clear and concise warnings shouted several times sinks in?
 
how the fuck was it overkill? did you want him to beat the shit out of her? because that's what a taserless arrest looks like.
