i'm not a big fan of celery. But somehow, bugs on a stick always tasted good.

Celery, put peanut butter in the trough, sprinkle with raisins. Super odd flavor combo, and yet totally awesome.
 
My mom used to try to get me to eat sliced and boiled squash with no embellishments at all. They were like snot surrounded by a yellow ring.

She failed.

celery has close to 0 nutritional value, but it was probably made up for my the vitamins in the raisins, which was quickly demolished by the sugary processed peanut butter

smart parents.
 
Could be worse.

The good: This food is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Magnesium and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Potassium and Manganese.

The bad: This food is high in Sodium, and a large portion of the calories in this food come from sugars.
