did frontier communications buy the right to distribute verizon in X areas?
paying for 80/50 some such and have been consistently capped at 32/32 since this frontier switch. fios has been great until the exact moment frontier came on board
does the consumer really have no recourse other than to switch isp's altogether? i know they all tend to share a "backbone" but this is a dramatic drop off that has given a number of t1 regulars packet loss lately :\
