[BUG?] Active Function Energy Pack Users "Skip" Across the Screen

This doesn't seem to be lag related, since it occurs on every server I've been to regardless of ping. When a player uses the Energy Pack's active function to get a speed burst, they kind of "skip" across the screen. In other words the animation isn't fluid, and instead of them just speeding up its a very choppy movement, and the player will move a few feet at a time rather then the usual smooth motion. Its a bitch when you're trying to stop a flagcapper either by sniping or chaingun.
 
I personally have not noticed this. I will look again, but everything has been pretty fluid on my screen.

May be a tickrate/netspeed issue for you.
