He may be stupid for attempting to transport the head but I don't think it's all that unusual. My dad is a biology teacher and for many years he had assorted animals and various animal parts in our freezer at home and at school. Hell, he's retired now and he has the head of a 80 pound catfish and a few birds in our freezer right now.
