Best cooling solution for P4?

Besides a water cooling system. I have a P4 3.0 with stock heat sink and fan. I really want to upgrade this and would like some input on what you guys use to cool your chips.

i've heard the stock ones are not half bad. are you getting high temps or do you plan on OC'ing?

I have it running at 3.2 and get around 48C at idle and up to 55C full load. I would like to bring it down a bit and maybe go to 3.4

Intel chips traditionally handle heat better than AMD chips, so water-cooling isnt truely necessary unless you're doing hardcore overclocking.

I did a permanent install at a pigeon forge welcome center of 5 computer systems, 4 of which will [eventually] be running 24/7. I used the stock HSF, and havent seen any problems out of them yet.
