Bacon

I'll eat any bacon so long as the sample slice doesn't look suck ass, but there are times when I have to rifle through the entire stock of bacon at the store to find a decent package. WTF?
 
anyone else been to a chinese buffet where they wrapped pieces of steak in bacon? not very chinese, but damn manly.

i had chicken tournedos (chicken breast with bacon wrapped around it) for supper tonight... it was fucking amazing since i was fucking famished...
 
when i worked in the food industry, i use to load on the deep fried bacon on my burger, double layerd with double layer of cheese.....shaved off a good 20 years of my life but it was worth it
 
how you like your bacon?

My wife nukes it so long in the microwave that it crunches and almost tastes like powder.

I like it where the meat is slightly tough, but the fat is still soft.
