Arena seating Chart question...

so Im trying to get tickets for Dane Cook coming to the Allstate arena. It says the event takes place the round. Does that mean they will be selling out the whole arena and the stage will be open and a circle or will it be like most shows and certian sections will be blocked out?

I called and they were worthless, they just said hes gonna be facing sections 110-111
