Arena : Mods/Macros?

I've been out of the Arena scene for a while.. curious what mods and macros are common now. I'm most interested in 5v5 stuff.

ever tried using arena unit frames? its alot better than proximo because it will show everything that their team is casting as well as on screen alerts of silences stuns, etc. that have been casted
