Yet, I'm not entirely sure I can give blood because I have ulcerative colitis. Gotta ask my doctor about that next month.
By the way, did you know that in Portugal, if you're blood donor, you have free health care for 1 year? So, if you give your blood once a year, you never pay for anything you need in a public hospital - urgency, scheduled, treatment of any kind, exams, etc etc.
