my buddies and i are taking a trip sometime this winter and are thinking about Vegas. Basically all we care about is going some place cool and partyin. I've never been to Vegas or anywhere near it but someone yesterday told me that alcohol is free in all the casinos that you go to? Is this true? Also are there cover charges to get into Casinos?

Any tips about goin to Vegas would be helpful.

If you're gambling, yes they're free (though you're expected to tip, usually 1 dollar per drink).

If you go to a bar in the casino, they are not free drinks.

if you are gambling (video poker/slots count too) anywhere that they serve drinks, they are "free"

yes, there is a $20 cover charge to get into the casinos and there is no sex in the champagne room

usually only upper slots (depends on casino 25c+)

you can buy weed from the fashion show mall security officers for cheap

i drank a lot for free just sitting at holdem 1/2 all week

they lace your drink with a weak mixture of opiates and cocaine

they also remove all the exit signs from the casino

i would bring a change of cloths when you go to the table so you are prepared

There is no sex in the champagne room if you are poor, money opens a lot of doors if ya know what I mean... *nudge nudge wink wink*

The best way to just drink and spend lil money in vegas is hit the sports book up, top the waitress good 1 or 2 times then go to 1 buck per and you can watch any game you want and get plastered very cheap.

I assume that you and your friends will be the trailer trash that's seen cruising Fremont street with a plastic yardlong margarita, mardi gras beads and women twice your weight.

hey fremont street has some of the coolest bars. for locals anyway, not a really touristy place.
they arent actually with most of the casinos, they are just across LV Blvd. next to the El Cortez :)ugh:)

the gryphon + beauty bar

I'm not ripping on downtown, im just commenting on the typical trash that 45$ a night rooms at the Fitz attracts.

yes indeedy drinks are free. i arrived at some video slots across from Caesars around 4am and was greeted promptly by a cocktail waitress. tip a buck per drink and you will be set (they serve liquor drinks depending on where you go). i won 3 grand on a 'let it ride' table at 11am and got a bud and a long island.

spent the rest of the day paying for shots of patron in the caesars pool.

while i played blackjack i got free drinks, though mixed drinks were served in smaller than regular glasses, so i stuck with beer and got bottles

pro tip: collect as many hooker cards as possible and look for the $50 twofer special
