JUNOS > IOS
Well considering they already had IOS there as a baseline to model & improve on, it'd be pretty amazing if it wasn't
A lot of it is in the overall Juniper architecture, though. JUNOS is essentially a BSD shell, and they've had all the years that others like Cisco have put in to see what works and what needs to be improved. In short, they started a few generations in, being able to build their product off a much more mature ecosystem.
That said, rollback is awesome.
