As you can probably tell by the title, this is ancient news.
It's a site that was released roughly a year ago (that's only recently started gaining 'popularity'), that allows you to store your Favorites/Bookmarks online, and swap/share sites with others.
The best feature of it imho, is the amount of cool/useful links you can come across, simply by browsing the main page (which appears to update more frequently than posts are made to TW).

It also supports RSS feeds, Firefox Plugins, and a bunch of other unrelated emo tools for blog-using livejournal queers that don't like the layout of it.
