80s movie I remember but not the name

It's about these two guys and they are in some big house hanging out with some old western dead guy and there is a blue glowing skull involved. From what I remember they go in different rooms of the house and it's set up different. It's been so long.

I've looked on various 80s movies site with no luck. Does anyone know what this movie is?
