and even still, it's not against the law to fuck a pornstar. it is against the law to try to blackmail someone for payment. so wouldn't the pornstar be the only one doing something against the law?
 
Irrelevant. triple's whole argument boils down to "Someone who may be from the President's past may have potentially damaging information on him and that might expose him to potential blackmail. Based on the hypothetical situation that may arise from the possibly existing information from the supposed personal connection, he should not be president."
