How can you compare physical limitations such as using a wheelchair to get into a building to an emotional issue such as feelings being trigged by something someone said?

A guy I knew bought a building that had been used as a daycare and turned it into a gym. There were two levels, and the basement level, where all of the free weight equipment was at, was down a set of stairs. The guy had to spend thousands of dollars paving a driveway access to the side of the building and installing a door so that crippled people could access the basement level of the building... where a legless person would be able to use none of the stuff there that wasn’t already upstairs. In the 5 years I wa there, there werent even any crippled members. So dumb.
