blizzard is dead

history
- activision owns blizz, bought them from vivendi around when wow was getting popular
- activision stated theyd keep their jew fingers off blizz though they clearly fked with them a little bit as changes to wow and d3 showed.

news
- their games are less successful lately
- hots was called a failure
- overwatch constantly compared to fornite by execs
- jewvision uses this as excuse to be less hands off, despite problems being their fault
- top blizz doods have left/been canned
- employees have always been underpaid, but got huge bonuses to compensate
- actijews kill off the bonuses, which for some cuts their salary by almost half
- many employees cant even afford rent in irvine, having to bunk with others instead
- blizz going full mobile and outsourcing to chinese companies

according to ginger santa and his elves at blizz

Heroes of the Storm is a very good game. As is overwatch and SC2, but SC2 is just old now. WoW is struggling right now but new content coming soon. Not sure on D3

blizzard just figured out that the difference in roi with making skins and developing new projects is light years apart.

there's no incentive to develop anything if they can make millions by taking a day or two and recreate a porn outfit showing off sideboob

and frankly, congrats to them for it. they shouldn't waste millions on creativity or projects if this works so damn well.

If Blizzard removed cosmetic loot boxes from Overwatch, and at the very *least* let people buy the stuff they want directly, that would do a lot to restore my faith in them.

Same goes for Hearthstone. I get it. Cardpacks have been random since hockey and baseball cards. But that's BS for an online multiplayer game that relies on deck building.

I pay the money, I choose what I want. The developer still gets money. How is that not fair and win/win?

Oh, because gambling means gamers spend more money...

Also, this livestream interview (on the same channel as the first vid posted) with former Bliz lead Mark Kern was pretty illuminating:

welcome to 2008

let me give you the shorter version:
-blizzard made wow and said holy shit why develop games when you can charge $40 every month for the same one
-blizzard never made a good game again

this is nothing compared to the sc2 "zerg and protoss sold separately" announcement

Wrath of the Lich King was the last good WOW expansion. I quit during Cataclysm. The game has gone completely off the rails since.

The most obvious sign that Blizz had gone Full Jew Gold Mode was the Diablo 3 real money auction house (May 2012). They never recovered.
