right but if you watch the video the gate is intact, protesters are just strolling through the entry, and the ken-karen is out there brandishing his ar-15.

that same owner said the gate was smashed by a mob of people and he feared for his life... it wasn't smashed at least not in the video where he's brandishing a gun. his story falls apart under the scrutiny of video evidence.

yes, photos show the gate smashed up. if you watched the video you'd realize that smashing had to have happened sometime after ken-karen was out flexing his 2a rights.

i mean you're looking at this from the perspective of feelings, i'm looking at this from the perspective of a courtroom.

the argument you feared for your life because the gate was smashed isn't very convincing if you were already brandishing your ar-15 before the gate was smashed.

Apparently they DO own the street. And they didn't shoot anybody anyways so castle doctrine doesn't enter into this equation.

all the rioting and looting and violence is just examples of peace and love. its can be easy to mistake one for the other.

violence is saying all lives matter or signing a letter that support free speech
violence is not destruction of property and theft

its in tact for like the first 20 people...that crowd is a few hundred. no telling what happens after the camera guy goes through
