Only takes ~40mg of ricin to kill a person if it is ingested. Sugar packets contain ~4000mg of sugar, so yeah...

Walt liked doing it. Over and over he had the option of getting out and quitting while he was ahead. He showed time and again that he cared more about what he was doing than about his family. He only wanted to be successful and respected (the things he lost by having a family and not being a part of the Grey Matter company).

Making money was just the excuse he used to rationalize himself as a good person trying to help his family.

Well, he had a certain amount he needed before he got in too far over his head. Wasn't he down like -$50,000 going into the last season or something? Skyler gave all that money to Ted cause she fucked up.

he bought a car wash, which is good enough for his family i'd think
now they dont get to wash cars

I had a moment where I thought the same thing (when it zoomed on the packet), and then I remembered "Oh yeah, he's Methgyver"
 
Rufles. It was so perfectly sealed and the sharp sound of the thin packet ripping was heard.
I'm gonna miss this show
