Not really news that he survived or was brought back.
The scene, presumed for episode 9, reportedly involves Stark bannermen the Umbers, the Boltons and wildlings. This means that Jon Snow not only survives the stabbing by his Night's Watch brothers in the fifth season finale, but he also takes the wildlings to attack the Boltons and reclaim Winterfell.
