As to the actual Flash, I thought it was in very poor taste, but then again so did Musashi before he even released it (evidenced by the original thread topic).
I'd say it would be very unlikely that it would have been received as well if it had been about 9/11 or something similar, however if it had been about 9/11 I think some people would still have found it amusing or hilarious even if in very poor taste.
