Truth is, none of us truly own anything. If the government decides they "need" it or that a business "needs" it, it's no longer yours.

How much land has trump gotten this way?
The immediate answer is way too much
with so much more to go....elaboration on this below
Truth is, none of us truly own anything. If the government decides they "need" it or that a business "needs" it, it's no longer yours.
And all of that was once covered in our Constitution
that document that nobody reads or apparenlty cares about anymore
much like our neglected Republic (for which it stood)
Benjamin Franklin said:
“Well, Doctor, what have we got—a Republic or a Monarchy?”
“A Republic, if you can keep it.”
From proptery taxes, property fees, to the modern day refinement of the term "eminent domain"
we aren't keeping our Republic, we are reverting back to serfdom

That is why not a lot of Constitutionalists celebrated the recent Obamacare tax concept
the idea that they can tax you for not buying something you already couldn't afford
and shouldn't have purchased (at those costs + services) anyways
but dumb people don't care about any of this....what are legal arguments
what are the constructs that once made civilized society civil
they are like Goshin, they think it is magical to go back to the Stone AGE
and to invite Fred Flintstone here to live amongst him like Encino Man
that he can domesticate the wild beasts like Colonialists before him did (but somehow feel bad about it)
And now we suffer from the living document being redefined, almost hourly, by people who don't care about our Republic
hate our country, hate individual rights, and just want freebees and gibs
but I'm supposed to feel bad about those living before OUR LIVING DOCUMENT, by any of our Founders, in a land long ago where none of these constructs of Western World (that created law and order and property rights) even existed?
