The problem with anime is the most popular genre is "shonen" which is aimed at young/teenage boys. So they draw a bunch of half-naked young/teenage girls (in what they call "ecchi") to keep the boys buying manga/anime. That leads to adults around the world consuming media intended for young boys from a country where the age of consent is 13. :worried:

Every once in a while there is still a decent anime produced though (actually intended for adults and not filled with teenage fan-service). Attack on Titan and Vinland Saga were alright (although Vinland was pretty slow).

I will say, One Punch Man was pretty awesome. It has a TON of Goofy anime shit in it, but it makes fun of it and superhero crap.

Maybe. We were teammates in at least 2 tribes and she was always a good friend to me. It's a stretch to call that white knighting though.

Are you thinking of Colosus? I barely had any interaction with Pixie and steered clear of LabtopGate. She may have said 10 words to me in the years she posted here. I know a lot of other TWers were obsessed with her though.

I barely knew Oibird and I don't even think she knew I existed.

I've been vocal about my support for females in the Tribes community and thought it was stupid the way they were often chased off by rejected tryhards and toxic MGTOW (before that was a thing) on the forums, but that's not the same was white knighting for a particular player or personality.
