tis true. it was kind of annoying to see how much more value i have in 5man and raids with greater gear. the gear i had @ lvl 60 only got me so far ( i didnt really start doing high lvl instances till late lvl 59). and now i can tell right away as i complete my valor gear set and get other blue/purple equip. that skill can only get me so far (although i have a ton to learn in both pvp and pve).

Not quite. The better PVP builds have enough Feral for at least Feral Charge.
