If India gets their shit in order they stand a good chance of becoming a strong country in the future. Very conservative, they understand the problem with the muslims, jews can't fit in because they look so different, western influence, meritocracy ect...

True. China, Russia, South Korea, Japan, and a few more know to keep their country pure and not make it a free for all. They love the tourism money but don't want people immigrating and mixing. The country that really won in terms of electronics and car production is South Korea, which was helped by the USA. When you look on the Google Map from far out, that's when you see all the countries. India is too close to the middle east shit hole countries (Pakistan) to become modern. I look at it and say, "South Korea and Japan are winning, Singapore is doing good." Then you keep going to the west and ask where does it become a shit hole? And why should the USA care about these countries any more? Besides slave labor and electronic trade, there really isn't any reason. We can put people to work in the USA.

The other thing is, we really haven't heard about the middle east for a while. No attacks, no terrorism, no mention of Iran and all those screwed up countries in the news. That's the way it should be, just ignore those messed up countries that have nothing to trade. We don't need their oil, drill baby drill.

It's also only religiously conservative but they are more left when it comes to policy like healthcare than US

Also have you ever been to India they been the "next" superpower since the 70s

It's a great place but it has a long way to go after seeing it with your own eyes you probably realize
