I don't know about that. You asked about counter-suing, and I encouraged you to do it, and expressed my hope that suit gets rolling and receives a lot of coverage from the press.

NRA has a standing army of lawyers. They'll be fine.

This whole thing is good for the right. An attempt to dissolve it will be completely important, but it's going to drive up membership and more importantly, voter turnout like crazy!

Gun control always trips the left up. Their side already agrees with it, so it's like singing to the choir, but it causes the right to vote in overwhelming numbers. Happened with Al Gore pushing the assault weapons ban. The left won nothing politically, and caused everyone on the right to vote in such number that he was humiliated by losing his own home state over it.
