And youve fired guns in a city while video taping it and rewatched it to have some sort of basis of this?
My experiance with guns is outside in the woods or at a gun range, I cant say what it would sound like with huge buildings all around me.

So I sort of figured it out.
There was a repeating signal, a story of a watch found sealed in a Chinese tomb, a couple hundred years ago. This story seemed to go around every four or five years and repeat itself. It's a watermark placed into the past to let people know they are lined up to the present.

This guy was basically paid to use other people's money to sit in casinos and produce variations of results by wins and losses while playing slots and cards. Each win or loss created two outcomes, in a flat, navagatable field of space time. He is what I refer to as a "leader."
They used what I refer as the "Arwan's Circles" method, which I did not include in my book on the subject, for a simple reason. It involves necromancy. For more information, please see my published works.

This field of space time was flat and regular, because of the mechanics of the games he was playing, and the circumstances under which it was done. Parts of this field were sold to others (using the icon of a man holding a credit card) and they were then navigated and exploited using the electron cowling (class 1 through 3) method.
They brought people into this field and robbed them, or basically did favors for people, that would have otherwise been very hard to do, like cover up scandals. This tech began to malfunction, as it reached forward to its inception date (about 2013).
A lot of the money went into just maintaining the field, as the guy's brother said, "He would play a million dollars in one night." Other parts went to pay off people who were involved in it, at the roots. They would attack and bring in people as they could, and they would only have a vague idea of what was going on until it got close to the date it was started at, due to a "banding" effect of time travel in the field, and because space time does not normally expand in a flat plane.
As the start date got closer and closer, parts of the field, shaped like a fan, or the "v" on the watch face began to collapse. Reality does this all the time, we are just not aware of it so acutely. To try and stop this, Arwan's Circles was used.
It involves making such a large event, usually done by the killing of people, that it fixes this expanded band of time so that it no longer collapses, and goes on as a stable field of time variation into the foreseeable future. It's a form of necromancy, similar to the blood engines called pyramids that the Aztecs maintained.

Where in the fuck did you find this. Aztec blood engines sound awesome, but Google doesn't know anything about them.

Big places like Aztec cities, the Forbidden City in China, Luxor, or any large inclusive structure that no one can observe into directly contain variations of what goes on there that are never observed by outsiders, and thus do not exist to them, but parallel them as what we term "alternate dimensions." There may still be an emperor in Rome, on Capitoline Hill still ruling Rome in 2017, that never fell.
Some cultures used violent sacrifices to build these layers up, knowing that killing people flipped the switch really well, creating two worlds, one in which the person still lived, and one in which they died. The Aztecs created layers of these around themselves by sacrificing people all the time on alters, and must assuredly still survive in a parallel dimension in some form, though some things are impossible.
