I need a good gigabit switch, fairly small network 7 servers. If someone could post some links with specs, of ones they find work well in this type of enviornment i would appreciate it. Right now we only have 10/100 but we are wired to run gigabit and I would like to upgrade. thanks

I have the task of coming up with a password policy. Problem is 300 of my users are remote users, thus they do not authenticate on the domain so that knocks out a system policy. Is there any other way to schedule password changes? or does it have to be make a policy and put the remote users on...
